Available products are generally shipped as quickly as possible.
Roughly delivery terms are as follows:
in Italy, within 2 working days from receipt of full payment;
in EU countries other than Italy and in other countries, within 3 working days from receipt of full payment.
Delivery is made from Monday to Friday during working hours, by specialized courier (DHL and TNT).
The above delivery terms refer to Products in stock and must be intended as non-binding for atalasport.it; atalasport.it can then subsequently confirm or modify these terms, according to their requirements. Products are delivered suitably packaged. Products are delivered to the addressee address specified by the Customer at the time of the purchase order.
Upon receipt of the Products, the addressee must ensure that the Products comply in quantity and description to those ordered. This is without prejudice to the fact that should the Products delivered differ from those ordered, the Customer may exercise his right to withdraw.
Transport costs will be calculated according to the place of Product delivery.
Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully before signing for the delivery. If for any reason, the box looks damaged or tampered with, please do sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the case, that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature, please contact the courier.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the atalasport.it commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client's expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be subtract from any eventual reimbursement.
atalasport.it shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.
Payment of any customs duties incurred is on charge of the client and its amount is calculated in compliance with the law in force in the country where the shipment is sent.
We do not know the amount of the customs duties charged, but this will, instead, be communicated by the courier once the goods have reached their destination. In the case in which the charges are not paid and, for this reason, the shipment refused or abandoned, the shipment costs and customs duties will be subtract from the order’s overall total, and the difference reimbursed.
